We're happy to discuss needs informally first — there's no obligation, and often it's the quickest way to know whether we're the right fit.

A free initial assessment
We offer a free initial assessment to understand the person's needs, goals and the support that would help them progress.

A bespoke support plan
We design an ABI-specific, person-centred plan with measurable goals — and provide bespoke training to everyone involved in that person's support.

Placement & ongoing review
Placements flex from short assessments to slow-stream rehabilitation, with regular MDT reviews and recognised outcome measures to track progress.
For commissioners
We’re glad to develop services to meet specific commissioning needs. Progress is evidenced with recognised outcome tools — SASNOS, GAS, CDS, MDT — and reviewed in regular multidisciplinary meetings.
